(FMV/PUZZLE) LOGLINE: CORVIDAE is a narrative adventure game inspired by immersive entertainment, abandoned structures, and real-life studies of corvid consciousness. Players take the role of a biologist named Aria, who has been sent 50,000 years in the future to a strange world populated by giant mysterious creatures evolved from crows. While exploring, Aria studies these beings which she calls the Crowfolk. Along the way, she begins to understand their culture, history, and social dynamics. As players investigate this world and try to find a way home, Aria understands what this future implies about present.

(ADVENTURE) EXPERIENCE GOALS: While playing, audiences will feel unease while interacting with various kinds of Crowfolk, from bartering shiny trinkets for information from a wise old crow to hiding from a group of murderous magpies. By becoming more like the frightening Crowfolk, Aria will learn to accept and understand the world around her, uneasily accepting the world she finds herself in.

(FMV) EXPERIENCE GOALS: While playing, audiences will initially feel unease and confusion while going through the tapes and footage left behind. However, like Aria, they become accustomed to their situation and start learning how to parse information from the world being presented to them. Watching Aria experience the world, players will slowly reveal the nature of the footage, especially regarding whether or not it was staged.
