Yet something keeps tugging in the back of everyone’s minds: What is the Unblinking Eye? Nothing seems off, for now. Winnie, back at the Triple Oaks Mall, has been talking about having weird dreams for the last week. Winnie asks the gang for help, but these dreams may have effects that last far longer than REM sleep…

DAY: The Dreamhacker is sent on his mission to Culver by Leon Capaldi. He targets students unrelated to the gang first. They aren’t hurt, but a rumor starts spreading about falling asleep right at midnight.
SHADOWS: The Dreamhacker goes after Winnie, planting a sigil under her bed. After this, she starts having weird dreams. After cutting her hand in a dream one night, Winnie wakes up to see an open wound where she cut her hand in the dream.
DUSK: Winnie’s dreams start becoming more violent, being targeted by the Dreamhacker directly. One night, she is violently killed in her bedroom. She is found by her parents, who call the police.
SUNSET: The rumor of the Dreamhacker is spread on the local television channel, giving him more Sonder to become more powerful.
NIGHTFALL: The barrier between reality and dreams becomes blurred. The town is covered in a deep fog that transforms and corrupts Culver.
MIDNIGHT: The barrier between reality and dreams is destroyed. The Dreamhacker runs loose, spurning Leon Capaldi and transforming Culver into a city of nightmares.
